About African Institute for Solutions and Development
At the African Institute for Solutions and Development, we bring an innovative approach to development.
1. We support our communities to make use of research findings to develop solutions to problems they face we do this by:
1. Listening to communities talk about problems they face so that we understand
2. Working with them to design and conduct research to find solutions to these challenges.
3. Working with them to ‘pilot test’ these solutions
4. Supporting them to make the choice that is best for their own contexts
5. Working with them to implement these solutions
At the end of, they own the solutions and will be more likely to sustain the interventions.
