About African Music Library
We live in a world where African musical heritage, inspite of it's richness and diversity, is widely misunderstood due to lack of proper documentation.
The African Music Library is a non-profit dedicated to documenting, preserving and promoting African music for the future generations.
What We Do:
- Research and document African music and it's socio-cultural impact across global territories
- Compile and create access to industry's largest collection of music credits
- Digitize, archive and safeguard music catalogs for future references
- Educate and inspire the next generation of music experts through our culture responsive educational program Foster
- Foster communities for collaborative creativity and learning
Support our cause towards a better documented and well preserved African music. Join our Community.
