APRI – Africa Policy Research Institute is an independent and nonpartisan Africa think tank with offices in Berlin, Germany and Abuja, Nigeria. It researches key policy issues affecting African countries and the African continent. APRI aims to provide insights to policy making processes on Africa. It also aims to provide policy options to African policymakers and civil society actors.
As an independent think tank with strong institutional African partnerships, we link rigorous evidence-based research to policy and practice, amplify existing work and co-create new ones.
As a public-facing institute, APRI offers an innovative and engaging platform where policymakers, businesses, media, civil society organisations, and research communities from Africa and Europe can engage with each other.
