Our mission focuses on the solidarity, empowerment, and overall mental, social, & economic wellness of the Afrocentric LGBTQ+ communities including those who love and support them in South Florida.
Our programmatic goal is to expand tangible access to effective culturally informed services that include mental health/substance abuse interventions, HIV prevention & education, and a safe and inclusive platform for community collaboration and cultural & performing arts. Afro Pride Federation aims to provide the essential resources & services that the African American & Afrocentric LGBTQ+ population of the African & Caribbean Diaspora needs to thrive.
