About Agaleyn Consulting Services Limited
Agaleyn is a Taiwan-based public affairs consultancy built on a working theory: that navigating policy requires more than access—it takes context, strategy, and the ability to move through systems.
We help global and local changemakers navigate Taiwan’s policymaking environment strategically, by bridging how decisions are made here with how international actors think and operate. Our work sits at the intersection of policy, law, and communication, offering services in policy analysis, legal assessment, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, and end-to-end execution.
We started with two people willing to challenge assumptions—ours, the government’s, and the market’s—and grew into a team that still thinks that way. We stay small so we can stay strategic, working closely with partners to frame the right questions and make ideas actionable. We don’t translate documents—we translate incentives, context, and power dynamics. From cross-border alignment to domestic advocacy, our value lies not just in access, but in how we frame what matters and move it forward.
