About AHA Associates
AHA Associates is a UK-based ConTech SaaS company and AEC tech consultancy, creators of NexarSuite – an automation platform that helps architects, engineers, contractors and public sector owners work more efficiently and save time and money.
NexarSuite tools cover the full digital lifecycle:
• NexarPlan: turning legacy 2D drawings into accurate 3D models
• NexarDocs: automating BIM-ready data (dimensions, tags, COBie, Uniclass, asset registers)
• NexarScan: Scan-to-model and existing-conditions automation
• NexarVision: writing materials and condition data back into the model
• NexarTwin: viewing and managing everything in our own digital twin platform
Alongside our software, we support clients with BIM and Information Management consulting, helping them set up the right standards, data structures and workflows to get real value from their models and assets.
Previously a trusted BIM consultant to global firms such as AHMM, KPF, Grimshaw Architects, Scott Brownrigg, HCL, Assael, Ericsson, Wipro and DEFRA, we now focus on combining this experience with NexarSuite to deliver automation at scale.
We are currently working with leading AEC firms and public sector bodies and are open to new beta partners who want to accelerate digital delivery and automation in their portfolios.
