Atrius Health Equity Foundation

Founded in 2022, the Atrius Health Equity Foundation aims to make large-scale, strategic investments in selected neighborhoods in Eastern Massachusetts to turn the tide on the chronic conditions that cut short too many lives. These initiatives will be led by trusted, community-based organizations and will encompass the upstream causes of health inequities and strengthened connections to community-based primary care. We will meet the urgency of this moment with resources, talent and commitment to close the gap.
