About AIJ Global
AIJ Global is a family-owned, independent holding group with interests in multiple asset classes, including search funds, private equity, selected commercial real estate, and late-stage ventures on a global scale. We invest our own capital, giving us operational freedom and speed of decision.
We bring value by:

Search Funds:
We actively invest in Search Funds across Asia-Pacific, Latin America, and Africa, and selectively in North America, Europe, and other regions. Since 2017, we have invested in over 120 Search Funds, with an active portfolio of over 25 companies across 14 countries.
Private Equity:
We are interested in growth capital and equity opportunities in lower middle market and microcap companies with strong market positions, EBITDA margins greater than 10%, and untapped potential. Any sector. Geographic focus: Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East, and selectively in North America and Europe.
