AIM Health Institute

AIM is the first 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area that provides integrative medicine services to low-income and terminally ill patients regardless of ability to pay.

Integrative medicine combines conventional medical care with alternative and complementary medicine. Its goal is to improve patient care and to address not only biological, but also psychological, social and spiritual aspects of health and illness. Integrative medicine aims treats the whole person, not just the symptoms of disease.
