About The Association of Independent Meat Suppliers (AIMS)
AIMS is a trade association representing SME meat businesses along the supply chain. Our members include abattoirs, cutting plants, meat processing businesses, wholesalers and catering butchers.
We have incorporated the National Association of Catering Butchers (NACB) into our association.
In addition to representing our members with regulatory authorities we also run two assurance schemes:
