AIxBioAfrica

AIxBioAfrica is an emerging research and fellowship initiative focused on the intersection of artificial intelligence, biosecurity, biotechnology governance, and emerging biological risks through an African lens.

We support interdisciplinary learning, research, and dialogue on the future of AI and biological systems, with particular attention to pandemic preparedness, governance, catastrophic risk, and responsible technological development in Africa and beyond.

Our work includes fellowships, research initiatives, mentorship, and collaborative programs aimed at building thoughtful and globally engaged African participation in AI and biosecurity.
