Akern Bioresearch is a privately owned corporation operating since January 1980. The core business is the manufacturing of impedance based Medical Devices and innovative medical research. Right from its start up, it has enjoyed a close co-operation with its US based counterpart - RJL Systems Inc - located in Detroit, Michigan. The uninterrupted and flawless partnership has encouraged thousands of specific publications, validation studies and new applications of the bioelectrical impedence devices manufactured by the companies.
