Continuous improvement is in DNA of Akij Resource(AR) . By believing in continuous improvement ARL adopt Operational excellence , Lean manufacturing, Six-sigma & Industrial engineering methods & technique throughout the organization. For achieving operational excellence lies in the creation of a dedicated team. Akij Resources Ltd formed their OPEX team at February 2023 & The team will be responsible for identifying areas where improvements can be made, developing strategies to implement changes, and monitoring progress towards achieving operational excellence.
In this platform regular communication and collaboration & different development initiatives with all SBUs within the ARL will be shared gradually.
