Akmene Free Economic Zone

The Akmenė Free Economic Zone (AFEZ) is located in Akmenė district municipality in north–western Lithuania near the border with Latvia. It has a size of 96.8 ha and belongs to Šiauliai county, which has a population of 265,000. Akmenė FEZ aims to contribute to the Akmenė region’s development goals by creating an exceptionally attractive environment for investors and offering the highest-quality services.
