The Advanced Knowledge-based Services and Innovation Resources (AKSIR) Team at Seed Capital Pro represents the pinnacle of the company's Market Intelligence and Data Science Lab (MIDSL). Led by Giancarlo Puddu, the COO of Seed Capital Pro, AKSIR also serves as a founding member of the Observatory for Business, Innovation, Competence, Sustainability, and Technology (BICSTO). As an enabling platform, AKSIR monitors and evaluates trends and impacts of socio-economic dynamics and cutting-edge technologies. The team specializes in acquiring, processing, and developing data sets, identifying key indicators and metrics, and implementing logical engines, algorithms, models, and decision-support systems. AKSIR's primary objective is to deliver high-quality services and products tailored to the specific needs of MIDSL, BICSTO, partners, and clients. By integrating transdisciplinary expertise and leveraging the skills of its members and network partners, AKSIR analyzes emerging trends, assesses the impact of new technologies, and develops innovative solutions to address current and future socio-economic challenges. Through a collaborative and flexible approach, the team offers customized solutions to support strategic decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and promote sustainable innovation. AKSIR actively contributes to the EST4ESG project (Ethics, Sustainability, and Technology for Environment, Social, and Governance), aligning its efforts with ESG principles to foster sustainable business practices. The team also participates in the technical working group of the Green EcoFinance Challenge (GEFC) Observatory, supporting initiatives aimed at promoting green finance and sustainable economic development.
