AT HOME IN THE WORLD:
Rooted in central Germany: Nestled between the Thuringian Forest and Hainich National Park, our production site is not far from the famous Wartburg Castle. This is where the modern plant is located and where more than 50 employees manufacture our sound-absorbing products from wood-based and composite materials.
With around 11,000 m² of production and storage space, we have the largest production and storage capacities in our industry. Special attention is paid to the drilling technology. In fact, we are the sole owners of eight differently designed drilling centers. Each one consists of hundreds of separately controllable drills. We also hold our own patents on various products and production processes. This has enabled us to develop into one of the global market leaders in our industry.
akustikplus has been part of the IPCOM group since 2018. IPCOM, with its headquarters in Belgium, is the European market leader in the sale of insulation products. With an annual turnover of around 300 million euros, IPCOM employs more than 750 people in 10 European countries and over 50 industries.
