Al Tayer Stocks (ATS) is a leading Tier 1 contractor in the UAE, proudly 100% owned by Al Tayer Group. Established in 1998, we have operated successfully and profitably in the region for more than 25 years, delivering projects that reflect quality, trust, and innovation.
ATS operates through three specialist divisions: Interiors, Building, and MEP. Alongside the traditional route to procurement, we also provide a full turnkey solution — when requested — by working with trusted architectural and MEP design partners, or by leveraging our own in-house Interior Design and MEP teams. This enables us to seamlessly manage projects from concept and schematic design through to detailed design and construction delivery.
Our greatest asset is our workforce of over 500 directly employed professionals, many of whom have been with us for more than two decades. This exceptional retention demonstrates our ability to attract and sustain top talent.
