Alabama Farm Credit ACA

Alabama Farm Credit makes loans to purchase or improve farms, timberland, recreational property, agribusiness operations and rural homes. We also make agricultural operating loans to cover the day-to-day expenses of running a farm, producing a crop and managing a livestock herd.

We understand the unique aspects of agricultural and rural real estate financing, and we take a personal interest in each of our customers in an effort to meet their financing needs.

As a financial cooperative, we are governed by a local board of directors and owned by borrowers.

We also strive to return earnings to our customers through our dividend programs called Patronage.
