Since 1989, Alabama Small Business Capital (ASBC), a d/b/a of Florida Business Development Corporation, has been dedicated to the success of Alabama small businesses. As one of the most active CDCs, we excel at assisting healthy, growing companies secure long-term, below-market, fixed-rate financing for the acquisition and development of fixed assets via the SBA 504 Program. The program can also be utilized to refinance debt associated with fixed assets.
