About Albany Lettings
Established in 1995, Albany Lettings is an Edinburgh-based residential letting agent specialising in full property management.
For nearly three decades, we have supported landlords across Edinburgh with structured tenancy oversight, rent collection, routine inspections, maintenance coordination and Scottish regulatory compliance. Our role is to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of letting while ensuring documentation, certification and legal requirements remain current throughout the tenancy.
We manage a wide range of residential property across the city, from individual flats to established portfolios. Each property is overseen through defined processes covering safety certification, tenancy agreements, deposit handling, inspection reporting and financial administration. Compliance is tracked consistently, not reviewed only when an issue arises.
Our team maintains direct communication with both landlords and tenants, documents inspections clearly and follows maintenance matters through to resolution. Landlords receive regular reporting and clear visibility of their property’s position.
In 2019, Albany Lettings became part of the Quicklet group, allowing us to adopt efficient operational systems while retaining our Edinburgh focus and local knowledge.
