Association of local government authorities of Puntland - ALGAPL

The Association of Local Government Authorities of Puntland State Somalia (ALGAPL) was founded in 2014, in Garowe, by Mayors of the key Municipalities/District Councils in Puntland State. The Association was meant to provide a platform for members to exchange experiences and replicate best practices.
