At LUDA, our custom-designed 45,000 square foot manufacturing and warehousing facility is designed for efficiency, precision and quality control at every stage from reception of raw materials to final weigh check and shipping.

- Production capabilities up to 80,000 kgs per day in a temperature and humidity controlled environment
- 5 packaging lines with packaging capabilities from 25 g pouches to 25 kg cartons and pails including pails, pouches and jars
- Bartelt and Ishida computer-controlled packaging machines can form, fill and seal most flexible thermo-sealing web material
- All at 99.9% fill rates

- Our Food Safety Programs -
LUDA has a GFSI (SQF-2000) and HACCP certified food safety program in place that includes monitoring, corrective, verification and documentation procedures.
