Alkira Wheelchair Services was born in early 2016, fulfilling the equipment servicing needs of many young people throughout Sydney and neighbouring NSW areas. Since the launch, adult users and healthcare facilities were accommodated—these people have become their loyal customer base. The team of experienced professionals is led by Andrew who brings to the team years of experience in providing tailored mobility equipment solutions. Before becoming the manager and lead technician, he worked as a new product consultant for paediatrics, supplying wheelchairs, seating and physiotherapy equipment for three years before seeing a great need in the area for follow-up servicing, repairs and adjustments.
