About All Ways Property Management
I'm the co-owner of All Ways Property Management with my wife, Maxine.
We started investing in property in 2003 and quickly discovered that it wasn't easy to find a property manager with our expectations and the high property management standards we were looking for, so in April 2009, we launched All Ways Property.
I discovered I had a passion for property management and enjoyed looking after both clients and tenants.
I get a lot of satisfaction when tenants move into a clean and tidy property with up-to-date compliance and maintenance.
As an owner-operated Management Company, we take it very personally when managing property.
We have been on the other side and understand the difference having a trustworthy and thorough manager can make to clients' peace of mind.
We speak your language; we're property investors, know the business, are solution-focused, and have heavily invested in robust systems and processes to protect, maintain and add value to your asset.
We service Palmerston North, Manawatu & the Tararua region.
On a personal note, I enjoy playing cards with my mates, travelling, playing chess online and have skydived, which is exhilarating.
Have alot of fun with our three grandchildren; we take them out for the day, fill them up with sugar & then hand them back to their parents; life is good.
