“Allegro IP Law Firm” has been newly established separating from Yanagida & Associates, which was established in 1973, in order to offer our overseas clients the best IP services by efficiently implementing our professional knowledge.
Clients’ needs are becoming more diversified and complicated, so we will help overseas clients in the acquisition, protection and effective enforcement of IP rights in Japan. Our firm’s professionals have over 75 years of combined experience in the domestic law firms, corporate IP sections and/or US law firms. We have devoted ourselves to professional work in Japan regarding patent, design and trademark rights, such as prior art searches, filing of applications, prosecution before the Japan Patent Office, and litigations before courts, for our clients, particularly those based in the US, Europe and China. In addition, our firm has been building worldwide networks with foreign associates to assist the global expansion of our clients.
