Our USDA Prime and Upper Two Thirds USDA Choice beef is sourced from a small number of select producers in the Midwest. Cattle are raised on small family farms, typically within 250 miles of our facilities. This close proximity reduces travel time, supports a low stress environment, and ensures a better quality product. These long standing partnerships allow us to consistently secure the highest quality beef week after week.
