About Alliance for Leadership Acceleration
The original LEAP® program is a very unique leadership development program that since its inception in 2002 has generated amazing and transformational results for individuals and their companies. LEAP graduates show a measurable increase in confidence and competence between 15%-70%. LEAP is the first program of its kind to bring Fortune 500 leadership development (for mid-level, mid-career managers) to smaller and mid-sized organizations. Our LEAP® University program provides the same 'accelerated' learning principles and practices as an in-house program that is scaleable for larger organizations up to the Fortune 1000 level with the same repeatable results.
