About Alliance Économie
ALLIANCE ECONOMIE has over 28 years of experience in all aspects of Construction cost management in France with solid expertise in high-rise buildings, hospitals, luxury hotels and shopping centers, etc.
3 entities based in Paris (alliance-economie), Lyon (AE Lyon) and Rennes (AE Bretagne) bringing together 57 employees with complementary training and skills (engineers, architects, cost managers...) but have a unique methodology.
We offer a wide range of services, from Quantity surveying to all trades economy, as well as the financial monitoring of construction sites for complete control of budget commitments throughout the life of the project.
Innovation is our moto, in the effective practice of BIM levels 1,2,3, perfectly mastered internally, but also in an innovative approach with an environmental strategy, and/or an interactive project configurator.
Our desire for independence allows us to support both the project owner and the design team and therefore position ourselves regularly in the arbitration and the search for the overall budget/program/project adequacy.
