1967: Gennelli Allori is founded in Bologna.

Microtools quickly becomes a leader in the field of tools for pipe bending and end-forming machines.
2025: From the merger of these two companies, AlloriTools was born.

Gennelli Allori brings 60 years of experience in the sheet metal processing sector, becoming the Sheet Metal Division of AlloriTools.
