In Nov 2018, the OTC Platform was launched by Boursa Kuwait as complimentary to the main market and as the only market in the region specific to the electronic trading of unlisted stocks. The OTC Platform, as developed by Boursa, facilitates trading, buying, and selling of unlisted shares as well as automates paperwork, settlements, and clearing processes for investors. and is working under Capital Market Authority (CMA) bylaws and Boursa Kuwait rules for the OTC market.
