Our Injection equipment has a total of 23 machines:
SuperCritical Foam Technology
Automatic extraction of the part and injection sprue with conveyor belt.
Manual insert application.
MDP volumetric dosing unit.
Temperature controller.
Drying and dehumidifying of the raw material.
Suitable for PVC, TPU, TPR, SEBS, ABS, PPH, PS, PA, POM, PE.
Vulcanizing equipment:
Banbury, open cylinder, Barwell performers and extruder, trimming machines. Monocolor and two color hydraulic presses fully automated.
Materials:
SBR, NR, NBR - Nitrile Rubber, CR-Neoprene, EPDM, BR.
Lab:
Rubber formula development and test facility.
Quality control.
Colouring facility.
Internal lab testing: Rheometry, Hardness, Abrasion, Lab open mill, Precision scale and Density.
