Alpha, Inc. was created in April 2007 as Alpha Excavation by its founder James “Jason” Stenger, Jr.. Alpha, Inc. has successfully completed projects for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), National Security Agency (NSA), Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), United States Marine Corps (USMC), United States Air Force, State of Hawaii, County of Maui, and the Army Corps of Engineers. The company serves residential, municipal and commercial clients in the fields of heavy civil construction, underground utilities, demolition, site development, water well drilling, and energy system development. The company holds engineering, building, and specialty contracting licenses. Among the specialty contracting licenses, Alpha, Inc. is a licensed water well contractor which allows the drilling and repair of water wells, injection wells, and the installation of pump as well as well pump controls. Alpha Inc.’s growing success is attributed to being the only civil contractor in the State of Hawaii to offer all-inclusive “in- house” civil construction and engineering, well drilling pump applications, and full service energy system.
