OUR THESIS: Healthcare has long been handicapped by transactional, episodic disease-focused data trapped in siloed medical and business ecosystems. Meanwhile, accelerating digital health innovation and ‘Shiny-Object’ disruption continue to increase data fragmentation, thereby complicating interoperability and orchestration. And AI has given rise to concerns about being elusive, untrustworthy, and incomplete.
OUR STRATEGY: To achieve holistic person care we must bring together physical health and wellness, behavioral and social determinants of health (SDoH), and the person’s own ‘Voice.’ This requires a concerted effort to modernize data aggregation around the person beyond any single healthcare organization, elevate data hidden in disparate information sources to intelligence, and activate that intelligence throughout the person's healthcare journey.
