About ALS Hellenic Maritime Training Center
ALS Hellenic Maritime Training Center provides at the most competitive prices a comprehensive range of course needed to upgrade knowledge, skills and abilities of the seafarers focused mainly to the compliance of STCW ’78 as amended (including Manila Amendments 2010) and SOLAS, MAROL 73/78 and MLC provisions.
Our Training Center is also able and willing to design and provide dedicated and distance learning training to the specifications of customers with the use of teaching aids, equipment and distance learning training to the specifications of customers with the use of teaching aids, equipment and simulators in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
The training staff (Instructors, Lecturers, Assessors) of the Center consist of a team of University level professionals including experienced Master Mariners, Marine Engineers and Doctors of Medicine.
The Center is carrying the approvals of various Flag State Administrations thus providing approved certification of training and is operating under ISO 9001:2015 approved by BV and accredited by UKAS.
Furthermore, ALS Hellenic Maritime Training Center has been authorized by the Administration of the Republic of Honduras to implement specific procedures for the issuance and the renewal of tis Governmental Certifications of Competence (COC) for Masters, Officers, GMDSS radio operators which are also recognized by other main Flag Administrations (e.g. Republic of MARSHALL ISLANDS, Republic of Liberia, etc.)
