About ALTERNATIVA Group
Welcome to Alternativa Group - Centre of Excellence for Human Systems
We consist of:
1. Institute Alternativa – European Accredited Training Institute for Systemic Psychotherapy (EAPTI), founded in October 2009
2. Psychological Center Alternativa – centre for individual, partnership & family psychotherapy, diagnostics, education & prevention of mental health, founded in April 2020
3. NGO “Alternativa” – association for development of human systems, founded in November 2023
Our Vision - the reason WHY we exist, our PURPOSE, our social impact and responsibility: We believe in a society where through knowledge sharing, we expend choices, offer prosperous opportunities and alternative solutions. We humans are a physical and psychological system, and as such we belong to a much greater and multiple systems around us: families, working environment, different human groups and societies.
Our Mission - HOW we do things, actions taken to realise our Purpose: We were established to promote and develop systemic thinking to conduct education in family and systemic psychotherapy which will be culturally and gender sensitive, to carry our scientific and research activities focused on systemic understanding of human behaviour, organizations and functioning of human systems, as well as to implement systemic psychotherapy and other systemic interventions whenever needed.
Our Goals - WHAT we do daily and on regular basis, the results of our actions: our services and our culture: With our Purpose as guiding principal, we are a professional institution with specific activities dedicated to promote theory, practise, education and research in the field of psychology, psychotherapy, consulting and systematic practise
To conduct and develop research activities in the respected field, though national, regional and international projects, is regular activity in our institute. We have carried out many activities and several projects.
