Over 25 years corporate, sales and learning experience forms the baseline of our business today.
We don't just 'teach' EQ, we create it in real-time. Working alongside our herd of horses we provide a dynamic, relational environment where learners experience emotional feedback that is instant, unfiltered and deeply personal.
Our clients work with us to deliver one-off experiences for teams, consult with us to create powerful programmes of learning or commission us to run the programmes. These combine workshops, coaching, psychometrics and feedback methods, all delivered in a way that is good for the brain and for business.
Our ethos and processes are underpinned with our experience of being able to bypass the intellectual defence mechanisms that often block growth in traditional ways of learning.
Every learning interaction allows people explore discomfort without judgement and remove psychological blocks preventing better personal performance.
