Altiven Foundation is a youth-led aviation community working to make the aviation industry accessible to everyone - regardless of background, income, or upbringing. We aim to support every young people across the UK by offering access to aviation education, industry experience, mentorship, and career guidance. Our passion for aviation and inclusion drives Altiven to break down the social and financial barriers that often prevent young people from thinking they are suited for careers as pilots, engineers, air traffic controllers, and more.
