Alumil is a system house that produces solutions for aluminium doors and windows, sliding systems, façades, outdoor solutions, and complementary systems. Integrating sustainability activities into the production process, Alumil has established a state-of-the-art aluminium scrap sorting and processing unit at its production facilities in Kilkis with a major investment. Recycled alüminium produced in these facilities is manufactured with 95% less energy compared to primary aluminum production and creates 70% less carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. Alumil uses at least 60% recycled aluminum in all architectural system profiles. The OK Recycled certification, presented by TÜV AUSTRIA, one of the world's leading certification organizations, is evidence of Alumil's commitment to sustainable aluminium production and recycling.
