Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter

The Alzheimer's Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter is available to support the over 38,000 individuals in our 24 county service area living with Alzheimer's disease and dementia along with their caregivers, families, and the community as a whole.

The Northwest Ohio Chapter serves 24 counties: Allen, Ashland, Auglaize, Crawford, Defiance, Erie, Fulton, Hancock, Hardin, Henry, Huron, Knox, Lucas, Mercer, Ottawa, Paulding, Putnam, Richland, Sandusky, Seneca, Van Wert, Williams, Wood, and Wyandot.

We have offices in Toledo, Findlay, Lima, and Mansfield.

Our vision is a world without Alzheimer's disease.

Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of all persons affected by Alzheimer's disease and related disorders through compassionate, comprehensive services; effective advocacy; support for research; and access to current information and resources.
