About AFM - Amalgamated Facilities Management Ltd
Amalgamated Facilities Management Ltd (AFM) is a large Channel Islands based facilities management and building services provider. We have been trading for over 50 years.
We provide a high level of customer service, with comprehensive in-house capability delivered through our qualified locally based teams.
AFM's philosophy is based on developing a clear understanding of our customers’ needs. We offer single service lines through to total facilities management meaning our customers only need one service provider, AFM, for all their Channel Islands needs.
Our Projects team have a wealth of experience in delivering high-quality building services installations, on time and within budget. From concept to completion, we are able to design and install new services, or modify existing systems to suit changing requirements.
We employ over 320 local colleagues in the Channel Islands and serve over 700 customers across our two core jurisdictions. Our highly trained engineers are supplemented by an extensive strategic partner base, to bring the highest level of professional and accredited expertise in regulated and specialist services.
