The platform offers a safe space where individuals can access personalised therapy and expert guidance from the comfort of their homes, aiming to break the stigma surrounding mental health.
Beyond therapy sessions, Amani Health actively campaigns to raise awareness about emotional health, fight against stigma, and promote mental well-being in families, schools, communities, and workplaces through the SPEAK UP NOW INITIATIVE, our workbooks and resources and The THRIVE program, which is a Vision Board and Goal Setting initiative to help individuals dream big, set audacious goals and maximise their potential.
