Founded in 2010, Amartha Financial (Amartha) delivers technology-driven financial services to grassroots users in Indonesia.

As of 2026, Amartha has served more than 3.7 million women-led MSMEs across over 50,000 villages, deploying over USD 2.2 billion in working capital with the support of global impact investors such as Accion, Women's World Banking, and IFC.

Amartha’s integrated financial services enable women-led MSME to scale businesses, increase income, build assets, and strengthen long-term resilience. Offerings include working capital financing, digital payments that expand market access and reduce transaction costs, and micro-investment products that support asset accumulation. This model has contributed to strengthening income stability and economic resilience at scale.

Since 2024, Amartha has hosted the Asia Grassroots Forum, an annual regional convening bringing together high-level policymakers, investors, financial institutions, and technology leaders to define what inclusive finance looks like across Asia.
