What is Icrete
Icrete is a novel concrete additive – Added to the concrete during mixing. It is carefully selected Blend of micro-minerals, Available in powder form, Confirms to ASTM C 1797, Chemically reacts with intermediate phases of cement to increase strength and durability.
How Icrete works?
I Crete aids formation of additional binding phases thereby reducing the pore size, increasing strength, durability and impermeability.
Icrete benefits
The product has lot of benefits apart from being a product which can reduce Cement content.
This also works as a Water Proofing Compound.
Icrete can give a Cement reduction of about 20kg of OPC when used at about 0.7%
Icrete can give a Cement reduction of about 30 to 35 kg OF cement when used at 1 to 1.2%
Icrete can reduce about 50 Kg/m3 of cement from existing cement content when used at about 1.5% to 1.6%
Icrete when used at 2% to 2.5% by weight of Cement can work in high strength and high performance concrete
