About AmCham Costa Rica
AmCham has been promoting investment and bilateral trade between the United States and Costa Rica since 1973.
We are the largest binational chamber of commerce in Costa Rica.
We are a member of AACCLA, the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America and the Caribbean, which groups together 24 AmChams in 21 Latin American countries, bringing together more than 20,000 companies and representing close to 80% of American investment in the region.
We are a member of the Costa Rican Union of Chambers and Associations of the Private Sector (UCCAEP)
We seek to improve Costa Rica’s competitiveness to ensure optimum conditions for our members to operate in and grow their business.
We represent more than 400 companies and more than 150,000 employees in Costa Rica’s production sector.
We are a multisectoral chamber grouping together exporters, importers, shared service centers, legal advice consultants, industries, real estate, schools and universities, retail and wholesale merchants, agricultural and livestock enterprises, etc.
