Since 2003, we’ve been the leader in providing social impact programs with an easy-to-use, efficient way to manage and support their people, measure impact, report results, and keep getting better.

We started out with just one person, and today we’re a company of 25+ people from all over the world.

We’re volunteers, former AmeriCorps program directors, parents, artists, designers, software engineers, poets, writers, singers, bikers, yogis, rowers, spinners, meditators, gardeners, photographers, readers, analysts, chefs, hikers, and hard workers.

Our work has been recognized by former president Bill Clinton, the U.S. Department of Education, the Center for WhatWorks, Echoing Green, and others.
