About American Academy of ADR Attorneys
Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, the American Academy of ADR Attorneys (AAAA) is committed to advancing the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and competency in alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Our mission is to support and recognize attorney-mediators and arbitrators who demonstrate exceptional skill and integrity in the field. We do this through:
• Board Certification under Iowa Supreme Court Rule 32:7.4(d)(1)
• Continuing legal education and professional development programs.
• A strong network of experienced ADR professionals dedicated to mentorship, collaboration, and service.
