Our Command Center also has Five Diamond certification which is the highest industry designation from The Monitoring Association. Operators are trained and equipped to evaluate and respond within seconds to any alarm, be it intrusion, fire, environmental hazards such as flooding, gas leaks, carbon monoxide, or a fault in a company's business network. With network bandwidth availability and improving technology, managed services are becoming more popular for managing video and access control remotely, which is well suited to our 24 hour Security Command Center.
