The American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) Nigeria Chapter is a voluntary, non-profit health and safety organization committed to advancing Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) practices across Nigeria. Established in 2007, ASSP Nigeria Chapter empowers professionals by providing free guidance, safety training, consultancy, mentorship, and advocacy resources for both industrial and social sectors.

With over 400 active members and a global network of safety experts, we focus on career development through webinars, knowledge-sharing sessions, technical presentations, and our annual Professional Development Conference. We are proud to nurture future HSE leaders through student sections and the Emerging Professionals Program.
