About AMFCE - Association Mauricienne des Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises

Founded in May 1986, the Association Mauricienne Des Femmes Chefs d’Entreprises brings together women business-owners from all sectors of the Mauritian economy. In addition to its individual members, it also counts two chapters, Entreprendre au Féminin Océan Indien – Maurice (EFOI Maurice) and Entreprendre au Féminin Océan Indien – Rodrigues (EFOI Rodrigues). AMFCE (Association Mauricienne Des Femmes chefs D’Entreprises) is affiliated with FCEM (Les Femmes Chefs D’Entreprises Mondiales), a world organisation which regroups more than 100 000 women in business around the five continents. FCEM is the united world voice for women in business and its motto is “Alone we are invisible, together we are a force”. AMFCE through the two chapters EFOI is a founding member of the regional platform EFOI for the Indian Ocean regrouping Comoros, France-Reunion, Madagascar, Mauritius and Seychelles.
