We are developing a handheld sensor that easily and with high precision determines the freshness and predict the expiration of meat and fish. It can, within seconds, give a number for the quality of the meat, forecast the correct expiration date and in turn reduce food waste.

We are collaborating with the major Danish universities and RTOs in the development stage and the device is expected to reach the market soon.
